  About Padró Images
Padró Images is a stock and assignment photography and writing business based in Santa Fe, New Mexico. I specialize in travel, nature and architectural subjects in the American Southwest and Latin America, and have also photographed in other locations such as England, Italy, and Morocco. I founded Padró Images in 1999, and dedicated myself to the business full time in 2003, after almost 20 years of practicing law.

My work has appeared in Geographic Expeditions catalogs, Outdoor Photographer, Frommer's Budget Travel, Photo Life (Canada), Bienvenidos Magazine (Puerto Rico), New Mexico Magazine, Texas Journey, Colorado State Vacation Guide, Santa Fean Magazine, as well as calendars, web sites, and other publications.

I have exhibited my work at the Hubbard Museum of the American West in Ruidoso, NM, Denver's Temple Buell Theatre, and other venues. I also teach photography classes and lead field workshops for the University of New Mexico and the Santa Fe Community College's extension programs.

I currently serve on the Board of Directors of the North American Nature Photography Association (NANPA), as well as in NANPA's Executive Committee. I am also past Chair and current Board Liaison to NANPA's Ethics Committee, and NANPA Liaison to the PLUS (Picture Licensing Universal System) Coalition. I am a member of the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP), the premier resource for community, culture, commerce and publications relating to publication photography.

My goal is to provide my clients with high quality photography and writing in a professional, courteous, and timely manner. Whether I'm filling a single-photo request, submitting a text/photo package, or working on an assignment, I strive to deliver the best service anywhere.
